We do not permanently store your prompt inputs on our servers. • Email Address: If you sign up for updates or a Pro account, we collect your email address. • Usage Data & Cookies: Anonymous analytics data (e.g., page views) and local browser storage may be used to improve the service and user experience.
2. Purpose of Use
Your data is used solely to: • Process your input and generate AI-powered prompts via the Google Gemini API. • Communicate with you about product updates (if email is provided). • Analyze anonymous usage trends. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services & International Data Transfer
Promptivox relies on Google's Gemini API. • Your input text is transmitted to Google's servers (which may be located in the United States or other countries) as part of the API call. • This transmission is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and AI API Terms of Service (ai.google.dev). By using the Service, you consent to this international transfer of data strictly for the purpose of generating AI responses.
4. Data Retention & Destruction
• Prompt Inputs: Not stored beyond your active session. Once you close the site, inputs are not retained on our servers. • Email Addresses: Retained until you request deletion. • Destruction Method: When personal data is no longer needed or deletion is requested, electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that render the data unrecoverable.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to securely delete it immediately.

• 프롬프트 입력: 활성 세션 종료 시 즉시 소멸되며 당사 서버에 보존되지 않습니다. • 이메일 주소: 귀하의 삭제 요청 시까지 보존됩니다. • 파기 방법: 파기 목적이 달성되거나 삭제가 요청된 개인정보는, 전자적 파일 형태인 경우 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 영구 삭제합니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보 보호
